Billing and Insurance

Cost is important to all of us. You have a right to know what you are paying
before your surgery. Take a look at the comparison graft below:

The Surgical Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid,
BC/BS and most major insurances plans. We also accept Worker Compensation.

Our policy is to collect any co payment and deductibles on the day of service.

As a courtesy to our guest we strive to verify all insurance, pre-certification requirements, and file primary and secondary insurance but any unpaid balance is the patient’s responsibility.

We try to be flexible in financial matters, if the above conditions cannot be met, please talk to our staff to make financial arrangements prior to admission.

You will receive a separate bill from your surgeon, anesthesia provider, laboratory provider and/or pathologist.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks, Cash, Cashier's Checks & Money Orders.
